My complaint is that blackberry services have been auto-activated on my mobile no. 9811276400 without any request from my end and I have never used these blackberry services and never requested for any. on 15th august, Rs 399/- got deducted as a monthly blackberry service package charge. I put a complaint on 16th & 17th and on both these days the customer care executive told me that it is a mistake and the amount will get refunded within 24 hours. Nothing happened. On 18th august I visited Vodafone customer care centre where (after waiting for almost 2 hrs) once again I was told that this should not have happened and that the amount will get refunded with 48 hours. Further to this, I also put in email complaints at the appelate ids and corporate ids but till date neither have I got any response - either telephonically or by email, nor the amount has been refunded. This is pure harassment. This has forced me to seriously think of switching over to another service provider.
