I, Mr. Mohit Radheshwar had booked rail tickets through MakeMyTrip website.

I have been charged Rs 200/- per ticket for cancellation by them whereas the standard charges that Indian Railway takes for these are Rs 30/- per ticket.

The amount paid for the booking of tickets was Rs 2493/-. On cancellation the refund provided is Rs 1869/-

Straight away a deduction of Rs 624/- for cancellation, is this justified / acceptable?
