I have raised an issue on airtel ip tv not working on 20th Aug 2011. Call center created a service request and no one came to fix the issue. I called them again on 21st to find out the status. Call center perosn went ahead and created another service request instead of using my old serivce request. I got a message yesterday saying my issue is resolved. But no one came and its not resolved also. Someone called and asked some details.. after that no action was taken. Yet they closed my newly created service request on 21st. There is no clue about my Service request created on 20th. Call center guys claims there is no process to escalate the issue. I still sent an email to airtelpresence@in.airtel.com and they said my issue will be resolved immediately. Till today my issue is not resolved. I dont know here to contact and who to contact to solve my problem.

I have gone through lot of frustration due to this inability of Airtel. I WANT AIRTEL to fix my issue immediately and should give me 15days discount on my next month bill.
