A sales agent Ms Rita called me on 8th August 2011 claiming that she works for M R Marketing and Communication which is a DSA of Vodafone. they collected a cheque of Rs. 350/- and all the documents to issue a new sim card with a promise that within 3 days the sim card will be issued with activation. They confirmed that my documents are complete.

Today is 24th August 2011 and as of now I have not received the micro sim. I am suffering from last week and the outgoing of my other available number is also barred, again due to Vodafone and Loop mobile number portability for which I am going to make a separate complain.

They informed me that the verification is getting failed due to door lock of the address provided by me. Lateron they found that due to their mistake my address B1307 was written B307 and hence they were doing the verification at the wrong address. and they verbally accepted that this was a human error from their end. The attitude and the language used by the employees of this company is also inappropriate and objectionable.

I would like to sue the Owners of this company Rakesh chaudhry (+91-9820047625) and Bindu chaudhry for the mental torcher at my present health condition and also the inconvenience created by the misconduct and mistakes done by their firm and its employees. I have the envelop as a proof with me where they mentioned the wrong address and sent it to me earlier.
