Airtel is my secondary prepaid SIM. My primary mobile service is a postpaid SIM from Tata Indicom. I have never had any billing problems with Tata Indicom. But, in my Airtel mobile service, I frequently get forcibly subscribed for value added services like Radio Mirchi (today and deducted Rs.10/- from my balance) and Airtel Live Tirupati Aarti (20-Aug-2011 and deducted Rs.10/- from my balance) and Hello Tunes service (10-Aug-2011 and deducted Rs.20/- from my balance but the SMS said they deducted Rs.15/- from my balance!). Every time, I have to call the customer care number 121 (and pay Re.0.50 or Re.1 for the call) and submit a complaint and get this reversed. I want to be compensated for this kind of disservice by Airtel and also want to know how I can block Airtel from subscribing me forcibly to value added services that I don't want to subscribe. Thanks.
