Dear Sir,

I have sold my camera in ebay to a buyer in New Delhi. I have shipped it through Maruthi couriers and the buyer confirmed that he received the item on time. I have the proof of delivery. But it has a one digit error in its tracking number. I have inquired about it to the courier company and they apologised and gave me the right tracking number which is correct. I have forwarded all the documents to ebay and still they say that they wont accept it. I have also asked the buyer to inform ebay customer support in a conference call in which me and him connected to the customer support agent. Also ebay sent me one email which states that they will accept if the buyer confirms that he received the item from his registered email address, they can give my money. But now they say that it is wrong and asking me for correct proof of delivery with buyers signature. For this they ask me to contact courier company and get a new form and write all the details and get a signature from buyer in Delhi. I am in chennai. This is impossible to get sign for the second time for delivered item. I dont know why ebay do this kind of things to its customers. I am really fed up with this. I hope this forum will help me to resolve this issue. Please help me to get my money back.
