I N Arjun, satying in bangarpet kolar district, i am a vodofone customer (mobile number 9886250666) from past 6 years, recently i wanted to port my vadofone mobile network to airtel mobile network as vodafone service is very worst, after my request for porting my mobile network, some customer care executive had called me and tried retaining me for the same network by offering an tariff plan, (299/- per month) i have agreed to that and retained back to vodofone mobile network by opting for 299/- tariff plan, in my third recharge they stopped giving me that offer and when i called customer care regarding that they said i am not elgible for that plan and they refunded my money back, when i said i will complain in consumer forum regarding same and i started recording the call, the moment i said kindly hold while i record the conversation, that executive disconnected the call.

Now again i have requested them to port my mobile network to airtel, this is how they treat customers. kindly help me out in this matter and do a justification so that vodafone should never cheat other customers like this.
