    Default Complaint about Vodafone



    Hi,
    Last week I had put 14Rs GPRS pack twice and it was not activated.When I called customer care they told they will refund the money.. I dint get any till now.The same person told 123Rs GPRS pack is unlimited.I beleived it and enquired in shop and put the pack.Yesterday I was connecting to internet and they took my balance around 86 bucks.So again I called vodafone customer care they were telling it is vodafone live pack.. why they gave me a wrong information.I had lost around(14+14+123+86) 237 bucks in 2 hours.Why cant they give proper information to customers..? I need my money back.. Please do the needful.

    Angry delay in mnp process

    This is to bring in notice that i had applied for number portability of my airtel number (9958756160) to Vodafone on 21st April 2012 which is not processed till date. Thier executive called on 20th april 2012 to give details of my number portability to Vodafone postpaid with which i would get unlimited calls free to any one Vodafone number and other services for Rs 300 p.m.

    The very next day your executive visited my office in Noida to collect 250 as security money as well as the documents. In return he gave me the sim card. He told that the entire process would take around 6-7 working days. After that they called me for the address verification and for the number on which i want unlimited free calls. Its been a month now and nothing has been done in spite of all the formalities done by me. Even the Vodafone customer care
    people fail to provide me any information regarding this.

    If Vodafone is not willing to provide services then i expect them to return of money and documents.
