He collected a cheque for 1049 RS and other details.. After two days the technical people came and verified that the broadband connection cannot be installed because of feasibility issues. So I called the sales person and told him to return my cheque.. The sales man said okay to that.. but lateron I found that they had applied that cheque.. I called him and asked about the same.. the person told that the money will be refunded back to me within 7-8 days.. But its been almost 15 days now and i hv still not received my money back.. I am not sure why does reliance being such a big company is doing that.. I want my money back.. its the question about fooling people and I don't want to get fooled.. All I want is my money back for which I never got any service but the tension..
