    Default Builder not giving the possession of the Flat...Booked the Flat in 2008

    I booked my Flat with KDP infrastructure (Grand Savarna in Ghaziabad) in early 2008. At the time of booking I was promised that the flat will be given (possession given) in Dec 2009 latest.
    I have being running after the builder, to get the time or date of my possession and every time he gives 3 months ahead date and comes up with some sort of excuse.

    Mine is a 3 BHK flat, the builder has got almost all his money by now.
    No one updates the latest status, no one answers the emails or the phone call. And if we go to their office, they just hide or give some stupid excuse.

    I need help to fix this. I need my flat and the compensation from the builder.

    Dear Sir/ Madam,

    I have purchased a new flat from United Infrastructure (M/S Patil Builders) in nagpur on July 2009.
    I have taken home loan for the same from Bank of India besa branch of 7 Lakhs Rs.
    I am also paying my monthly EMI's for bank on regular basis.
    Till now I have not recieved possession of my new flat and builder is not ready to build my flat.
    I am so much worried about my new flat as as dont have my own house to stay.I am paying my rent since.
    kindly help me out regarding this matter because whenever i talk to him for flat he just give excuses and
    assurance to complete it within one month
    Pls look in to the matter and solve my case on urgent basis.
