Hi,
I am supriya Devidutta and my Airtel Number is 08040951720.
I had paid a CITI bank cheque # 685329 of rupees 1200.00 on date 15/07/2011.
The Land line was disconnected on 31st July 2011 , I made another online payment of 1400.00 on 31st july.
I contacted Customer care to enable the services , The same day I get to know that the cheque paid on 15th was received at Airtel but not reflected to my account, I raised a complaint ticket# 1570778.
The Airtel support contacted me the next day when I was in a critical meeting , I informed them to call me back after some specific time , I waited but I was not contacted .
I called to customer care and spoken with the Escalation manager Mr. Girish (bangalore), he committed to fix the issue by 9th of Aug, I was also informed that the Cheque amount is reflecting in their system but not reflecting as under my account.
The connection was dead so I contacted after 9th AUG , but this time i was asked to provide the cheque detail and bank confirmation print screen even though the customer care confirmed that they have received the cheque amount worth 1200.00
My connection is dead for about a month now. I received the next cycle bill also. If the issue is not taken care , I will have to go to the Consumer court or to Vigilance now, Since I have sufficient document to make a complaint against you.
Please treat this my final request to fix the issue , which is a mistake totally by your system and I am the sufferer . I will use this email as a prove while submitting complain to Consumer court.
