Pathetic customer care of idea cellular Maharashtra, bill related disputes Hi
I am Kaustubh Mulay having mobile no 9881724491, i want to rgister complaint against idea cellular Ltd, MH for having pathetic customer care who dont want to satisfy customer to get solution, if you call them they simply put you on hold if they dont want to answer or if they dont know the answer, here is my mail sent to them on 8.8.2011 for which i never got feedback, expecting a feedback from idea to solve my issue, otherwise i will close the services.

This is with reference to bill of July for the mobile no 9881724491, I had raised 3 complaints for the bill related disputes from idea online portal but all the requests status is closed as on today without discussing with me, is there anybody from idea customer care really looking at the complaints? Or it is just for the sake of it? Which is the reason I have forced to write you an email separately today.
My plan is NEW PSB Roaming Plan where in as per the plan details on your site I should be charged 1.4 p/sec in roaming for all calls i.e. 84 sec/min with per second pulse rate, but if you look to my bill I have been charged 1.5 rs/min for outgoing and 1 rs/min for incoming with 1min pulse rate for initial calls in roaming. As per plan I should get 12000 Local + STD seconds free and 200 SMS Local/National free, all these benefits are overlooked and I have been charged 1.5 /sms & sent with hefty bill of 1500 rs in first month itself…
I had called to your customer care about 10 times stating these disputes but nobody could give satisfactory answers till date, all the complaints are closed without concerning to discuss with me satisfactorily & I don’t know with what calculations some 10 rs are credited to my account but if my charges are going beyond credit limit set for me I will get daily 5 sms stating the same and my account will be closed if I don’t pay the bill, this is very caring from idea side to not to shy away from their money even without satisfying the customer.
If anybody from idea can’t solve my problem satisfactorily let me know I will close this account & will go for other service providers in the country with better customer care service.

Complain reguarding range problem I have complained twice about the range problem in our house but got no resolution .
I want the problem solved soon of will have to take strict action by complaining in the t.r.a.i

i had called the customer care and had several doubts,, your executive mr .ravindra was laughing on my uestions..nd giggling all the tym,,i dnn knw wt was so funny...another thing is the background was so loud and noisy i could hear abuses all around.....this is not wat we expect since we r dedicated users of idea since 8 yrs.wish u improv ur services...or u would losse the customers u hav.

Pathetic Idea customer care in uttaranchal too The Idea Cellular has made the on line payment of the bills very complicated. Multiple websites have sprung and quoting IDEA name. Each one competes in confusing the unsuspecting customer who never succeeds in making the payment. Other service providers R buch better here. Must b hitting the IMAGE & their Expension plan. Both me & my husband wasted hours locating the reight website. why this callousness .

Pathetic service by idea cellular Applied for migration from prepaid to postpaid.
SMS received on 13 Apr that request registered SR No 1-33632342472
SMS received on 16 Apr that request processed successfully
Today is 20 Apr and post paid is still not activated
Spoke to IDEAPOINT says mere ko pata nahi upar se hoga
Spoke to customer care who was delightfully vague and wanted me to run
round in circles by saying
-please contact idea pt again
- submit ALL docu once again
- call 12345 from a post paid number!!!!!
If this is the response from your esteemed company I shudder to think
which age are we in. So kindly resolve the issue today and please
don't give the stock answer that complaint has been registerd and will
get back as that has never happened in the past.
If not feasible then I will be constrained to go to consumer court
