i was employee of Sunbeam facilities pvt. ltd. which have office is located at 304, Mahim Industrial estate ,Mahim (west) Mumbai-16.
i was in this company from last 7 year (from may 2005 to April 2012), recently (last month) i left that company & join new company.
i have started to get salary slip after 9 month of joined date i.e Feb2006. Still this all pay slip i have filed with me, in my 6+ year carrier with Sunbeam i got 2 time promoted & 3 time salary increment letter. But now i m struggling for my PF calculation amount because i have check my pf contribution by online website it is just minor amount which is match only with my 3 year PF calculation. suddenly i check with previous company HR related team they didn't give me proper reply on same. If i calculate my all pf contribution only for employee it goes to 55,000 approx & employer contribution part is different plus interest as per standers. in fact the pf number is also not same on my first 10 month payslip (i.e.Feb 2006 to Nov 2006.)

in this PF submission matter i was treated very badly and also so many other employee.
i request to you please look into this matter & solve it or take action against This fraud company.

I have been working with HDFCLIFE for over 6 years and resigned from the organisation. ihave recd a final settlement amount with a lot od deductions. i sent them a lot of e mails regarding this but got any reply.

Employer didn't give the salary for a month.
Hi my name is Sahil. I joined an event management company named BULLZ-I ENTERTAINMENT NETWORK. I joined it on the 1st of july and i was told that the salary will be given on the 1st of august. Later on at the end of july the concerned person told me that the salary will be given on 7 august. When i asked for the same on 7 august he refused me to pay the amount. How will i get my salary??? please help me...

Hi, Iam chandra shekar.h worked for geovas technologies pvt ltd in bangalore from Apr 2011 to May 2012. As company wants to relocate to gurgoan, they forced us to quit the company and they promised to pay the salary of june which we have worked and salary of july till 14th they agreed.


Now they are not responding to us and they haven't paid the salary till now. Also we come to know that they are paid the tax on salary to the income tax which is reflecting in Form 26AS.


Please let me know how and where to file a complaint.

My name is sachin kumar, I was working in an export company i.e Fashionite Impex Pvt. Ltd and referenced by a C.A as an accountant, since 10th may-2012 to present. I used to raise a monthly bill for my salary as professional charges. My work experience was not good at there because boss didn't have control on his temper even he doesn't respect to the employees. He terminates employee with any intimation but asks the one month notice and fully handover of 15 days when employee wants to go. I was mentally tortured by him. I had been perplexed by him in some work deliberately. when i stopped my working from there, he asked for handover. I gave the fully handover even did the work for that i was not responsible. but when i asked for the payment he threads me take the money from court. i will take legally action against you. His mother is an advocate in high court delhi so he makes timed to his employees. yesterday he said go and take your salary from your C.A who referenced you to me. I Didn't give you any offer letter at the time of joining so you don't have any proof that i have you salary.
I am fully suffered for my salary because i spent 80 Rs per day as conveyance to go shahdara to Subhash nagar delhi.
Please suggest me what should i do to get my salary??

I am a student and i have been working as a teacher for last 2 years in an institute in uttam nagar. for last couple of months the owner of the institute was not giving respect to me and he had cutted my salary by 10 % so i decided to resign. i have resigned that institute 3 months before but still he is not giving my due payment..though its a nominal amount(4500) but it matter to me. what should i do...?

My name is Shuvadeep Samanta. Previously working with MNR Exports Pvt. Ltd ( Having valid offer letter with reference number and id). in Kolkata as Senior Manager,Marketing. On 12/11/12 I travelled to New Delhi for attending 15 days long IITF held in Pragati Maidan on behalf of my company.The company at that time did not provide any single penny to me and assured that it will be 100% reimbursed once I come back.We sold their jute/cotton bags worth 10,690.00 ( one bill book), 6,150.00 ( One receipt-generated by my colleague Mr. Barobhaiya worked as Chief Manager-Strategy/Marketing), 3,780.00 (another receipt generated by me and Mr. Barobhaiya) and 1,350.00 ( one receipt generated by my colleague, Mr. Singh); which totalling to INR 21,970 .

On my personal account, the total expense was INR 39,667.00 that includes major head like hotel and food bills ( everything is documented and had benn submitted to company personell). So directly I had invested INR 17,697.00 ( Deducting the bag sales amount as we pushed it into the expense).

I had been getting a consolidated salary of INR 32,000/month. On some other notes, due to extreme food poisoning and also fever, I had to take medicines under supervision of practicing doctor worth INR 1500.00 during and after this period.

At the time of document submission and claims, I got surprised to my fullest and I was humiliated as hell. The company and Mr. Nilesh Doshi,MD , Mr. Sanjeev Pant,GM , Ms. Shreyashee Biswas (Jha), HRM and Mr. Asit Ranjan Jena, CFO conspirated along with Mr. Srinivas ( GM) who also was with us during the fair. I had been noticed a thousand times by them for providing the details of expense and sales to them which I had submitted, but still they did not reimburse a thing. Moreover they blocked my salary for the entire period and I was forced to resign. I went through a major financial turmoil only because of those 5 persons and requested many times for providing me atleast the salary, but I was utterly harrased and humiliated again and again.

My total outstanding payment turns at around INR 52,263.67 which they are in no mood to pay.

The MD, Mr. Nilesh Doshi is the conspirator and from sources I have known that he has kept the billbook ( 10,690.00) with him against which he does not want to pay me.
I demand for the major illness that occurred to me during working for them. I demand for justice.

Whatever it takes, now I am in a position to fight against them. Please suggest in which way I can get my judgement and the outstanding payment which I rightfully own.

The company or Group has some registered companies in MCA. They are MNR GLOBAL INDUSTRIES LIMITED ( CIN:U17120WB2011PLC161843),MNR INFRA PROJECTS PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN:U70109WB2010PTC156163 ),MNR REALCON PRIVATE LIMITED (U70109WB2010PTC156383 ) etc. and I had got my employment id of MNR REALCON PRIVATE LIMITED having id no. MRL006.

This Employer taken the money from public and not given back

We are some staff members of narad hospital hoshiarpur punjab ...we are facing worst problems from dr sanjay narad and sk narad ...we wre working fron 2 yeras in narad hospital hoshiarpur ...bt still we got no agrrement n our pay is 100 rs/day ..its less than labour ....they break all rules and laws of indian govt n when we ask abt that they give us warnings that they ll releave us n yhey wll give us bad experience certificayw they gave us mentally pressure ..its harassment ...if there is any law for employers plz check documentation of narad employment hoshiarpur ....u found nothing.....one of our staff member try to suicide bcz of mentally pressure and sanjay narad releave him .......can u plz help us ....with regard satwinder ,sonia and darshana ....are that people who got releave bcz they jst ask dr sanjay narad abt increase our pay
