I am facing the same problem from last 6 months. I got my no. recharged with Rs.249 to do free calls in anywhere in india on videcon network, but after that when i ask the retailer to do a recharge so as i can do calls on a cheaper rate, he did the recharge of Rs.25 emmediatly my plan Rs.249 failed. then again same problum happended when asked him to do my another no. to recharge of Rs. 25. he did the recharge with same no. again i lost Rs.249.
Again i ignored, i start using its serices again, but few dys back, when my plan of Rs.249 is going well , i give Rs.100 to retailer to do a recharge Rs.34(message pack) and remaining 66 for topup, bt he did Rs.65 recharge, again my recharge of Rs.249 got failed. and my 30 paise/call got activated,

i was got frustrated. i switch the retailer, and asked him to do a recharge of Rs. 249, he did he same, i got recharged bt not benefits associated with it.

company\'s executive say plan of Rs25 and Rs65 can overlap palns of Rs.249 bt vice versa not possible.

Neither the last recharged of Rs249 got rejected, nor the benefits associted with were given to me, bt they say recharge was successful.

Please guide where should i go
