NOKIA is giving very very POOR services. I had purchased NOKIA N97mini which is Rs.19,000 since Apr 2010 and i am ext-anted its warranty 1yrs. due to some technical problem it had been swapped they give nokia C7 which is only Rs.15090 in market i was not agree that time they call from costumer care and said sir if u got any problem in this handset then say. Then i think about it and accepted it. After some time it shows some new problem than i consult to nokia care then they say sir it must had gone to company then it took 20days and they will not able to service it and they swapped it. Then this handset showing same problem on that day when i took it from nokia care. It is still in problem and it is send to nokia company since 11/aug/2011 i am complaining there but no such action taken on it.
