    Angry Very Unprofessional Service and Billing Issue Reliance Wimax at Ahmedabad

    Hello,

    This is very disappointing situation to be in.

    On one hand, reliance has shown the height of unprofessionalism by discontinuing the services without prior intimation for the customer who had paid them advanced rental for a year.

    On the other hand, the refund process is highly inefficient as they are offering credit of 785 and sending us a bill for the next year of Rs. 17,100.00!!!

    As stated many times before, following are the details.
    Date Particular Amt Duration Comment
    18-Jul-10 New Connetion 19,424.00 31 july 2010 to 30 july 2011 cheque no: 566693
    31-Jul-10 connection used 15,646.00 31 july 2010 to 19 may 2011 services used
    20-May-11 services stopped by reliance
    REFUND RECEIVABLE
    3,778.00 20 may 2011 to 30 july 2011 10 days of may: 540
    june and july: 3238


    We have dealt with minimum 18 people from reliance so far, don’t wish to take that count any further.

    Few of the people we have dealt with as below:
    Mehul Christian
    Urmil Agrawat
    Soniya Mahadik
    Kiran Dengane
    Ravindra Aagaj
    Vinod Koli
    Chetana Bharati
    Mr. Chirag
    Mr. Yashvinder Singh and many more

    We are tired of communicating with reliance for justice. We have never seen such height of miscommunication with a company engaged in communication industry!!!

    We have records of all the communication with reliance if needed.

    Kindly do ensure that the truth and justice prevails!
