This is very disappointing situation to be in.
On one hand, reliance has shown the height of unprofessionalism by discontinuing the services without prior intimation for the customer who had paid them advanced rental for a year.
On the other hand, the refund process is highly inefficient as they are offering credit of 785 and sending us a bill for the next year of Rs. 17,100.00!!!
As stated many times before, following are the details.
