Sir,

I brought one bundle of xerox printing paper (500 sheets and cost 110
RS)from a shop named VINEETHA STORES, NILAMBUR, MALAPPURAM DISTRICT,
KERALA and did not give me bill for that purchase. Today when I printed, I
got noticed most of the papers were damaged. I took almost 10 to 15 papers.
I returned to the shop and asked for replacement, they rejected. He asked me
to buy other. I decided to buy other one but he refused to give me the
reciept. What should i do now?. Please guide me for next step. Awaiting your
