HDFC bank relationship managers misleading investor into HDFC life insurance policies

Neeraj Pathak and Vikas Ahuja are relationship managers in HDFC Chandigarh tricity area that have mislead me into purchasing HDFC life insurance policies worth of Rs.5 Lakhs in 2010, without supplying complete information about the policy lock in period.
I have been trying to contact both of them via e-mail,phone and in person to give me statements or access to my data with HDFC,but they have prevented me at all steps to get this information.I only found out about this when I started to recieve sms on my phone regarding pending payment of Rs. 5 Lakhs for this year (2011).

I had made very clear to Neeraj at the time of investment that I have money only for one time input and will not be able to go with an option where I need to deposit every year.

I have been cheated by HDFC bank and
