I am Amit moza r/o 122/1 flat-9 ganpati appartment toot sarai, malviya nagar, new delhi-110017. we had booked a new santro gls lpg white on 9th of march 2011 at Samara hyundai lajpat nagar new Delhi. we have deposited Rs 60000/- by cash and delivery was promised on Th of April i.e after one month on navratra. so we were OK with that as lpg vehicles takes one month to reliever. and from that time Samara hyundai are making excuses that it will take more 1 week after that it will take 10 more days...and so on. sometimes our paper was not submitted properly sometimes the fault was with the delivery. after 3 months they told us that in our papers which we had given for loan is incomplete and competition of income has to be given. then i contact sales person in Samara hyundai that why is has not tell this before then he reply that he also had no idea about that thing as he is not from bank side.we also agree from this point and let him allow to do his work. in between this time i had already made complaint twice to Hyundai at there main coperate branch.I got a mail and call from there also that sir we are sorry about this and action will be surely taken towards your request. but nothing has done yet.
so, in last month ending july when we know that its not going to done anything, we went to branch(samara hyundai) but there they made excuses that we have to pay heavy penalty if we return this car back to chennai(head branch) so sir do one thing we will forward you papers to another bank and from there your loan will be approved for sure. then we waited for one more week. and on 16th of august sales person calls us and tell that tomorrow i.e on 17th of august we can take the delivery of our car. but on 17th of morning he calls and inform that he is on leave and can't come today to office so it will be delivered on 18th of august, and u dont call me just come 10 am and take the delivery. but from morning sales person mobile is again switch off and when we contact in branch they said your loan is not approved and no delivery will be given. and we ask them, then why Mr. pathak told us that your loan has approved and delivery will be done today. they replied no load has been approved and Mr. pathak is telling that he had not made any commitment about this.
they are liers and they are making fun of us from last 6 months so its an request to please take some serious action against samara hyundai..6 months is not a joke.
