Dear Team,I am launching a this complaint again, Initially I have locked a complaint on 28May ), after launching this complaint, I get some good cash flow from IGB Technologies/GOO2O Technologies( 01/06/2011 - 25680/, 03/06/2011 - 12840/, 08/06/2011 - 51360/, 27/06/2011 - 25680/, 06/07/2011 - 12840/) and after giving the payment confirmation by management (neeraj - 9560509301/ Raj - 9650475454, Gyan - 9718215262, Bhushan - 9818868500), he said that they are launching a new product (sum amount rs 30K) after launching this product, we will get good cash flow then we will give you the remaining amount, they insist me, remove the complainant from the portal, after removed my complaint from consumer complaint portal, again the payment flow has been stop till now I received only 2 lakh 45 thousand rs out of approx 8 lakh rs (with profit). Initially they have given some payment plan, please see the below payment plan as per the initial commitment given by Gyan, initially I have invested 1 lakh rs only, payment plan is (24 Feb - Rs 25680/-, 10 Mar - Rs. 25680/-, 24 Mar - Rs. 25680/-, 10 Apr - Rs. 22960/-, 10 May - Rs. 25560/-) after that I have invested 4 lakh rs in same DSA plan - and payment plan flow was (26 Marc - Rs. 51360 * 2, 26 Apr - Rs. 51360 *2, 26 May - Rs. 51360 *2, 26 June - Rs. 45920 *2, 26 July - Rs. Profit (51120 * 2) )- after that gyan has come to me and said, he have not achieved the target, please provide certain amount, I have gave 1 lakh 50thousand amount from credit card on behalf of gayn, he said "I will provide 3% extra interest on your amount. I have paid this amount to gyan on my citi bank credit card details is (15/03 74332741075 IGB TECHNOLOGIES PVT L GURGAON), after that I will pay all the pending and dues in my pocket to citi bank. Also given the payment plan by gyan (24 April - 38520/-, 24 may - 38520/-, 24 june- 38520/-, and 24 July -38520/-, 24 Aug - 38520/-) after that I was continuously in touch with gyan and bhushan, they also given fake commitment and provide some gift proposal after 5-6 month, they provide a black berry curve but my payment has been stuck in GOO2O Technologies or you can say (NAU DO GYAR Technologies), As per our last meeting on 14 June’2011 with Neeraj, Gyan, Raj and Bhushan, Neeaj has given a commitment, they will transfer amount 2 lakh rs in June and same amount tansfer in july month, they will settle all the amount in july last or august mid. I also communicate all the things to all of you, I have some urgency of the payment I can not wait after this point. I communicate all the things to Raj ( so called senior manager), but he was very fed up and sought to me, I didn’t have any input, I already done lots of thing In favor of me, he said that, he already communicate all the things to bhushan but no response, please contact to bhushan, he can provide the right date for the payment, this is employ communication between the same organization. At the time of payment, he was very kean and loyal, after that no body is ready to speak and provide the any real reason. Daily I drop a msg raj/ neeraj, but no response given. I am regular in touch with bhushan, he gave all the time , I am initiating your payment, I will get the approval from managemnt, I will transfer your amount through netbanking but till now I received only 12800K, As per our discussion with Bhushan on 12 July'2011, he said he will transfer Every Week - 50-77 Lakh after one week on 18 July- 2011 talk to bhushan, he said that some problem in transferring the payment, 6-8 lakh rs blocked. After that , again he gave next commitment on Wednesday he will deposit 25 K but no input, again I have discuss the same thing, but another next promises, on 28 July’2011, I discuss the same thing, he said that, he is transferring the amount, I am very fed up with this condition, I am following last 6 months for my payment but till now no progress. I communicate same thing to senior management, they said please do all the thing which you want. They asking me, they will provide another payment plan. All the company member has a great communication every time, they provide new promises and other payment timeline but no full proof conclusion. I am continuously in touch with Bhushan last 1 August, he said that, he will send the revise payment plan and talk to anant, every day I give a call to bhushan, he repeat the same thing, he is transferring 12800 rs in my account but till now all the payment is under process, no body is able to answer my question, what is the deadline for my payment. I am very fed up and short out this problem ASAP.Please take a necessary action, I have all the document like company document, welcome mail from the company, name change confirmation mail from the company, bank statement, mail confirmation for revise payment plan, SMS details, call details, Revise Payment Plan, Bounce Cheque details otherwise we will send a legal notice and launch a FIR against all the person (Neeraj, Raj, Gyan, Bhushan).With regards,Prashant Gahlot9971155753If any body has the same concern please join this threat and give your comment…
