We had booked SANWAL for delivering our household goods from Delhi to Ahmedabad. We paid them Rs. 9000 & we were told that this 9000 includes packing, loading & unloading charges. They had asked for additional Rs. 500 for insurance of goods.

In Ahmedabad, their driver was not ready to deliver the goods at our house and was asking us again again to collect our goods from a place which is very far from the main Ahmedabad city. After struggling with their driver for two days, he came to our house for delivering goods but he took additional 1000 Rs for unloading. We contacted SANWAL people as the 9000 Rs. which we had paid to them was inclusive of unloading charge too, but they didnt provide any kind of help. The driver had used bad languages too.The worst part was that many of our goods were in broken state and one of our boxes containing items like DVD Player, Room Heater, Night Lamp etc was missing. We have been contacting SANWAL people since last 1 month to track and deliver our missing box and provide us the repairing cost of our broken items. But, they haven't done anything till now. Infact, now they dont even receive our calls.
This is really highly unprofessional and irresponsible behaviour of SANWAL Packers Movers, simply unacceptable.
