    Angry Cheating

    This is Shweta Channi one of your customer who is very much upset with the services provided from your end.
    My mobile no. is 9768231065 my balance is been deducted for a message pack which i have not activated. This service gets activated without any confirmation.This time it has deducted Rs.38/- this is a serious problem faced by me each and every time. Inspite of continuous reminders sent to you by mail and speaking with the agents as well as seniors in the customer care still no action has been taken.I also request you to transfer the balance in to my account that has been deucted without my knowledge and confirmation.
    If its not been rectified this time at the earliest i will have to deactivate my account and relation with aircel. I will also make a note to inform this issues to other users of aircel.
    Please do the needful and revert at the earliest.
