I am working with Kelly Services Ltd. from 14.08.2009 and my ESIC Policy No. is 2013816550 As per ESIC law Modification from 1st May 2010 upto 15000 per month salary employees are also covered in ESIC. So my employer also noticed me to submit ESIC form and deducted my contribution regarding ESIC. I have submitted my all documents on 01.06.2010 . But till date I have not received my ESIC Card and I am not able to get medical facility by ESIC. I am bearing the burden of medical expenses at my own cost. I have contact HR deptt. at many times regarding this but they have not replied me satisfactorily and say that your Card is under process. Every time I am getting such answers from Aug 2010 till date.

You are kindly requested to advise me the process for complaint regarding this.
