Send a written complaint to the SHYAM RELOCATIONS people to provide you promised service within 15 days. If you have made any advance payment to them and having proof of that then you can also add in your letter that they are not going to provide you any solution within provided time period you are going to file a case against them in consumer forum. May be that letter provide you any help to get solution.

Thanks for suggestion. Actually I searched for them, They have shifted their office. So in that case how to proceed? Mobile number, which they have given, is working.

You will have to trace the address of the Co. because without the confirmation of opposite party’s address, you can’t even file a case against them in consumer forum. So Pls. try to find out there address but if you are not able to get their address, then you can only lodge a police complaint for that. Because only the police deptt. is having the authority to trace them through their tel. numbers etc.

I know u r in trouble. I also faced lot of trouble with them. i know they have changed the offiice. they are totaly fake. what ever ki know that its now they have office near by Baroda freight carriers near by truck terminal yashvantpur and opposite of Tamil graveyard go down from from that office. BTW i want to tell u one more thing. they are totaly fake. just told them that u r going to complain police. or go to police station station and take help help from them.

Sham Relocations are really a fake company and I am also a victim. But We Need to Give a complaint to police and arrest all of them Involed.. Atleast they should give proper tracking information . They dont even pick the call.

I have given all my household articles to be shifted from bangalore to coimbatore and it hasbeen 10 days now and there is no response and no one picks up the call as well. Could someone pls let me know what do i do?I sent her an sms that I will go to polcie or consumer court, she now replied that she will not deliver until the police comes. What do i do now? My entire household is with her.
