    Thumbs down Bajaj Allianz policy not delivered after 4 months of renewal - Pathetic service

    Hi,

    I renewed my 2 wheeler policy # in April OG-12-9906​-1802-0000​00769. Before I could update by mailing address the page crashed, hence i called up the Bajaj Allianz Customer Care and got the address updated. Since then i have been following up but I do not receive anything except a ticket numbers


    I track Number:10763368.
    I track Number:11129075. - Bond Dispatched On 19-Apr-11 By FirstFlight Via POD No. ZM3536576. This was returned for no reason.
    I track Number: 12237358

    I have mailed all the possible escalation contacts but there is no response

    Hi,

    Still there is no resolution. As usual i get only I Track numbers "I track Number: 12237358. Can you give any timeline for resolution?

    I sent mail to help.support@bajajallianz.com as well but as usual there is no response.
