Airtel Recharge Problem

Respected,
This is phanendra anakapalli, and my Airtel Mobile no. 9810954322.
Today(16th August 2011, 18.08IST) i have recharged with an amount of Rs 200/-(Rupees two hundred only) to refill the amount, and the recharge was success full and i got 1/- as balance as it was supposed to Rs. 179.32/- . Here is the transaction id : 619021452.
pls help me regarding this.

i will feel much obliged if you will kindly allow my petition to be considered. As today(16th August 2011, 18.08 IST) the petitioner has recharged with an amount of Rs 200/- for his airtel mobile. but the petitioner got only Rs 1/- as balance instead of Rs. 179.32/-.
i hope you will allow this to be considered and do the needful.

Hi phanendra,

I have encounted the same problem today.

I recharged with amt 200/ and received the the balance as Rs.1/

This is really odd. This should be considerd in Lokpal too as Airtel is taking money directly from device

Have a good day!
1) Tonight I had charged 500RS to my mobile:9871840903 from Mumbai city,the TransID911644114,however now my mobile balance is still 0.88RS, my mobile is also not availabe;
2) Before at 13:19,18th-DEC-2011,I had charged 500RS from Ahemadbad,TransID897104165 to mobile:9871840903,however no add any balance.
3)3week ago, I had let my friend help me charge 1000Rs from Gurgoan to airtel number 9871840903, however no balance.
Please help me how to make the mobile 9871840903 available,now I am travelling in other city.Both of 1000RS had paid for Airtel,however no balance.
