i activated sports mega pack(espn+ star sports+star cricket) on friday 12th aug 2011. it was fine for around 1.5 hrs then i got a message saying service is currently scrambled. i called customer care to find a solution, they told me to keep the tv on for 0.5 to 2 hrs on espn channel. nothing happened so i again called them, they told me to manually scan the channels and wait for half an hour, still nothing happened. on 13th night i called for the tenth time they told me to wait for 24 hrs still nothing has happened. customer care executives make me wait for a very long time or they just disconnect if i call them. moreover the karnataka nodal officer's phone no. given on their website actually doesnt exist. the package costs around rs.60 and i would have spent the same amount calling them. i expect quick activation and continuation of the package without fee for the next 6 months for the frustration and anxiety caused.
