Hi,

In April’2008, I booked a flat (no C-203) in Scottish Marvel, Indirapuram Ghaziabad with
Niho Construction Limited X 22 Hauz Khas New Delhi.

In May 2008, I paid the due amount around Rs 40.5 lakh only (90% of the total agreed amount as per the agreement).

As per the agreement with me, the possession of the flat was due in Dec’ 2009 (20 months after the agreement date).

After booking the Niho (builder) did no construction till Dec 2010.

The company constructed only one floor structure on the proposed site of Scottish
Marvel, Indirapuram till October 2010.

Today, as on 14 August 2011 there is no more construction on the site for last one year.

I have given many written and verbal notices to the company (Niho Construction) in this regard
including the return of his paid amount with interest or giving me another flat.

Please guide me how to get my money back with interest as even they do not answer my phone calls and when you go to office, the directors or the owners never meet to update actual status.
