Hi,

I need your help and want to complaint at the same time against FAMILY CREDIT LTD. who provides vehicles on finance.

i am being shown as defaulter in CIBIL Records
As per my belief, my status should be cleared but when i applied for personal loan from HDFC bank they denied for the same.

Reason they gave -

1) Outstanding amount of Rs. 2151 is reflecting against the bike finance which i had taken on feb 2009, but would like to inform you that i had already received "NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE" from "FAMILY CREDIT INDIA" (company who financed the bike) 6 months back then how come i am being reflected in defaulter.


Please do check and revert on priority as i want my status to be cleared as "FAMILY CREDIT" people are just not helping me out.
