This is to inform the worst Service from AIRTEL Broadband , WE have been using AIRTEL for three years and the service is never been good.
we have raised the failures in the network, connection unavailable and other complaints to AIRTEL on MAY 2011 .
We raised a migration request from existing plan South Biz 2222 Combo @256/512kbpsplan to Biz1999Combo@2mbps/256 with 150GB.
They have been troubling us that it would be done in the next billing cycle and we watied for the next the bill cycle as well ...and nothing has been done.
They have given a solution to change the plan and following is the mail the mail thread....
The broad band number is : 040 40047568, currently we are holding Biz 2222
Combo @256/512kbps plan and we have been getting service breakdown/slow
internet/unavailability of internet. WE have raised this issue 3 months back
and we got replies saying that network service failure throughout madhapur,
sever issues etc.
After much harrassmetn we are given a solution that we could upgrade from South
Biz 2222 Combo @256/512kbpsplan to Biz1999Combo@2mbps/256 with 150GB and we
are introduced to the local services..CORPONE,
Mary Elizabeth from CORPONE confirmed on july 15th that the plan could be
upgraded on August 2nd and we waited with patience until Aug 2nd. WE felt that
the plan is upgraded. Im forwarding the mails form Mary and the reference no
fro this was: REQ33232098
We are again facing troubles and the network is dead slow that we cant work
either. when we checked with Mary Elizabeth again (B2B Retentions II Airtel

she gave me neat explanation repeating the same old story that due to technical
problems we could not upgrade hsi month and it should be done in the next
month on September. She did not even realize that its only 9th Aug now and we
have 23 more days to go. When we asked for an explanation and asked to talk to
the superiors , she slammed down the phone on the face.
They replied us that the issue would be resolved by 12th August

We did not hera anything from them after that, I spoke to the manger called PAvithra and she assured me that she would get it done in 24 hours , and now after 24 hours when Im calling customer care, they are not connecting the call to MANAGER, they are just playing wiht me , keeping the call on hold.
I came to know the manager is AMAR and I just wanted to raise a complaint against AIRTEL broadband serices in hyderabad and please be noted that this is commercial plan and im getting huge loss with the service breakage. I would like to know who should bear the loss in these consequences.
From MAY onwards, we have been regularly been troubles with hte services with no issue support and we have asked to get the migration done and waited for the next billing plan Aug 2nd which they promised and failed to do. Now When I call customer care, they are again telling me that they need 24 hours or something....
I would like to personally go and meet the concerned persons if that could be possible to close this issue at the earliest!! I dont believe even MANAGERS in AIRTEL NOW...
Its such a useless and careless service provided by AIRTEL. And I urge everyone not to go for AIRTEL , we are having enough headache and pain with them.
