SUB:- complaint about no response from the bank officials.

is a leading exporter of Turmeric in Tamil nadu,has faced a number of
problems with your bank officials at RASIPURAM branch.
I opened my account*(A/C. no . 910020034118467)* on *07-09-2010 in Axis
bank, Rasipuram branch* *no.47,48,48A, aringar anna salai, rasipuram,
Namakkal dt, Tamilnadu* and closed my account on *08-07-2011* due to the
problems with your officials.
During the in between period my total transaction was *Rs.8,46,63,815. *
I had applied for CC loan of a sum of *Rs.1,00,00,000 *in the same branch
and produced all required documents within time, though i produced
collateral security which was double the amount if the loan amount required=
,
my CC loan papers were rejected without any reason. Though i was fully
eligible for the loan my papers were rejected without any reason and it was
not handled properly.Though i had eligibility in the scoring sheet also my
loan papers were rejected.I was eagerly expecting the CC loan from the bank
so i could improve my business, but i did not get it sanctioned and because
of this my business carrier this year has been lost.My CC loan application
was for *Rs.1,00,00,000* but *without* my knowledge it was reduced to *
Rs.75,00,000*.
For your kind information you can view my account transaction.Due to this
problem i closed my account in your bank.For handling my papers carelessly
the Branch head was rewarded with promotion, and i could not find any of th=
e
regional or circle managers contact details in your bank website,only yours
was available so i contacted you.
So, please kindly consider this as my life and not a complaint, and don't b=
e
careless in such issues of business men.
