Dear Sir/Madam,
I had done an online topup from my ICICI Bank account (Transaction no.
BIL/229723531/BHARTI AIRTEL LTD MU/98 and Service Reference Number SR180303675) on the 03/06/2011 of Rs. 205/-. I did not get the topup amount of Rs. 205/- in my Airtel account no: 9892956850. Since then I have called your customer service team (Complaint no: CBNRA20604746307) twice, I went to ICICI Bank as per their instruction, then have been to the Airtel store in Lokhandwala, Andheri(W), have mailed the nodal officer twice and have mailed the appellate authority twice. I was called by Malika, who said that she will credit Rs. 150/- and the remaining Rs. 55/- would be credited in some days. I have received the Rs. 150/- but have never received the remaining Rs. 55/- till date.
As per the topup on 03/06/2011 of Rs. 205/- I should have received the entire amount of Rs. 205/- in my Airtel account as per your company topup offers, that’s all I have been asking for.
I had to call your Customer Care twice, was asked to go to ICICI Bank by your representative, went to Airtel Showroom to show the proofs of the money being credited to Bharti Airtel Lts, mailed nodal office twice and mailed Appellate authority twice. Your inability in getting me my topup amount has caused me a lot of grief. I had to speand a lot of time and money because of your incompetence.
I have given you more than 70 days to settle my grievance. I have emails and printouts of all the proofs that I have given you several opportunities to resolve my issue but you failed to do so. I need you to credit my Rs. 50/- back to my account in next 5 working days with suitable compensation, else I will file a complaint with the Consumer Forum as I am protected under the Consumer Protection Act of 1986.
Please note that the consumer complaint will be at your company’s cost and expenses, and I will seek compensation for the mental agony caused due to the derogatory treatment I received from you.
