This is fraudand behaviour of one of the leading travel website. i have made my booking for godwin hotel goa for 13 aug 2011 to 15 aug 08 2011 after confirming with your executive about the availability of the room since than i have made the payment i have to run behind you people to confirm the booking and send the vouhers to me . i have called more than 5 times now at 11.50 12/08/2011. your executive has call me and giving me option of alternate property which is not good at all(villa sol areia) no ratings where previouley i booked 4 star property.
is this the way you people play with sentiments and emotion of the people related to holidays. this kind of rude behaviour is untolerable . your manager himanshu upadhya promised me about alternate now he is not coming on line.this is irresponsile behavour to takle coustomers. i am very unhappy how you people deal. now i have no option other than going to consumer court regarding the extra expenses and trouble incured to be.thans for all your support
