Dear All,

I had purchased a ticket of Emirates for Dubai Visit from TSI Voyages Pvt Ltd, 522, Galaria Bldg, Dlf Phase-4, Gurgaon-122001 in the year 2008. Later, TSI closed the gurgaon office when I applied for the refund in the year 2009. Then I contacted CP Office of TSI in New Delhi, exchanged innumerable emails and made hundreds of phone calls at 011-42226222 for the last two years. They shunted my case to almost four persons in TSI for the last two years. Now the agency is saying that I cannot get the refund of my ticket. At this juncture, I do not know whether the refund was already made or what happened to my refund as I do not have any communication from Emirates itself. The agency, TSI is not at all cooperating me anymore, they are not even replying my emails and the concerned persons not answering my calls. Four persons named Veena, Naseem Ahmed, Suhail Siddiqui and Neeraj Koushik followed the case in the last 2 years.



Please advise at the earliest.
