Dear Airtel, I have ported my no from idea to airtel in the last mnth. My average bill was between Rs. 400 to 450 with 500MB of internet usgage. Where in my internet usage was not more that 400 MB in the mnth. The only reason for porting the service was network issue at our place and in mumbai while roaming. Hence I ported my no to airtel but this is the biggest mistake I did in my life. My airtel bill for this mnth is Rs.6745 with 98 rs pack of internet for which 2GB is free data transfer. I have failed to understand how it is possible that I have used internet and phone for rs. 6745 where in my calls have been reduced by 40% in this mnth. This clearly shows that there is a gross mistake in the billing process and is regular practice of airtel service to cheat customers. I am taking this issue in the Honn. Consumer Court as there has to be some who need to teach u a lesson.
