Subscription without consent & unable to reach customer service representative A "Movie and Music Pack" has been subscribed and is being renewed after every 10 days without my consent. Nothing has been written(in the sms) about how to unsubscribe. My number is of west U.P. and I'm presently residing in East U.P. ,so whenever I try to call the customer service representative I'm told to call the west U.P. center and when I do that I'm automatically redirected to east U.P. center. I want all my packs unsubscribed and please provide ways to do that so that we can "ACTUALLY" unsubscribe them(the "STOP to 121" doesn't work for all the cases).
