Dear Sir,

It is regarding my pureit battery amounting Rs. 500 installed in Apr. 11 but it got expired in May 11 which is too less than capacity committed for this battery. Since May 11 I have complained about 15 times regarding this to pureit helpline. They have committed to replace the faulty battery but they have not visited even till date. It is almost 2 months passed to my complaint but they have not responded to my complaint. It is extremely unresponsive attitude of co. like HUL who don't bother to attend his customer's complaint. I'm wasting my time & money in following for the complaints. It made us suffer in a rainy season which is very prone to water borne dieseases. I request you to do the needful regarding my complaint & get my pureit battery replaced asap.
