i would like to put in a complaint against RELIANCE BROADBAND COMMUNICATION. one month ago some reliance sales guy came to my house in yari road versova andheri west and offered a broadband connection and immediately took a cheque in the name of reliance of Rs. 1322 and has been absconding since. i have put in numerous complaints at their customer care but to no avail. this is a complete fraud as this a regular practice with the company salesmen where they come and take the cheque in advance and then keep the customet hanging in air for weeks in the promise of getting it done in 24 hours!!! in my case they still are yet to arrive and now i am disgusted by the working of their organization... if they can do this in a metro its scary to imagine what they do in small towns literally looting money of people...
someone needs to take action against this con job!
