I have been a customer of airtel from the last years in balotra ( rajasthan) and my mobile number is #9001723760

Just because of me , my family of 5 members is a customer of airtel. But from the last one month , I am feeling I did a sin by having over faith on the airtel..

I bought a datacard ( that too blindly ,airtel ) for Rs.2500/- and also a 3G Sim(9001723760). I put the Rs.450/- plan and it worked nice. But as soon as it got over , I tried for recharging my number, It was not at all getting recharged and was telling recharge unsuucessful.

My name is chetan bisht and i have been using airtel since august 2011 and i was very happy till nov end.But now my airtel 3g is not getting recharged.now im facing a very hard time.my 3g service id active but as im not able to recharge all the usage cost is being deducted from my main balance.i have tried contacting customer care.but its of no use because they never talk phone gets automatically disconnected.even i asked my friends to recharge my phone for me but without success.

I am also facing the same problem, airtel has made fbk free for me, bt I can't recharge any more.. what to do now? i am from kolkata. Its urgent, i can't talk to my gf.. if it dosnt sort out soon.. we both have to port out to some other network..
