I have been using iPTV for over a year now alongwith the wifi and landline connection. Around 2 Months back, I raised a request for plan change as due to some reason my bill was coming much more than it shd hv ; on enquiring it was found that someone had tagged games to my connection without my consent!!!
I asked for removal of the same and change of the plan - that was probably the last time I saw anything. Once the plan was changed, somehow all the channels stopped coming altogether.
I have made dozens of calls to their call centre; spoken to God knows how many managers and team players and technical experts but to no avail!!!
Till this date, there is no solution to my porblem - some say it’s a back end problem while others say they forgot to attach the channels to my package!!!
Well, I myself know if you forgot - you attach it again!!! But not here - they’re least bothered and havae no knowledge or keenness to resolve a request which has been pending for more than 2 months now!!!
On top of it, I just got to know inspite of the plan change, my bill is still coming a huge 1800 when it shd come ard 1300!!! That means the games are still tagged and I am being forced to pay for something which I am not even using effectively!!!
I never expected this from Airtel!!! This is complete and utter crap and I get no response back from any senior person in airtel.
I seriously wonder how this company is functioning and sometimes feel they’re surviving by duping people of their money through these hoax scams!!!
My landline number is 01204260190; and my mobile number is 9313122936. I expect a faster resolution if this company has any decency left and refund of my money for last 2 months!!! (Which they have assured me is underway but are still looting me!!!)
