i had filled up the application form and submitted my documents on 22nd july along with an advance of Rs. 500 and its 8th august now. i havent received my connection. i have made several calls and multiple reasons were stated for the delay. i have written to 121@airtel.in too on 3 occasion. though they responded my mails by telling i would get my connection on 5th. i didnt receive the connection. i even got a call from airtel this morning saying i would get my connection but nobody showed up. i called up airtel broadband helpline and i was waiting for 7 minutes to talk to the customer care executive. finally i decided to cut the call. i have faced a lot of trouble relating to completion of my college work due to lack of internet. the service has really left me shocked.
