Hi Samsung team,

I recently purchase Samsung mobile (GT-E2652). But unable to connect my laptop. I think need to install your some support software. There are some drawback....
1) unable to run the internet on my laptop because it is working as model. if you go in market lot mobile with low price support this feature. before purchase this is one my requirement but it is wastage of money because it is not supporting.
2) there is need to install PC suit to connect to PC.
3) when you dial number or while incoming call on mobile, one message is coming..

I talked to SAMSUNG technical Support team member and he told that this mobile is not capable of worikng as a modem. when i asked him that then why ICM is provided in software support section for this particular mobile then he told he by mistake the website is showing ICM for this mobile.

Now my main requirement is not getting fullfilled and i am feeling cheated. I want that SAmsung should take this mobile back and should give me the set will has ability to work as modem. Samsung people told that I should talked to them before purchasing mobile. But, if they have given ICM on their website so how the question of asking will arise in mind....

I expect from consumer court that they will help me in order to get my mobile replced with having capability of working as a modem.

SAMSUNG GT- E2652 model phone is not working as a modem to connect internet on PC. In the support section of SAMSUNG website for this mobile ICM ( Internet Connection Manager - tethering) is not given . When I visited to SAMSUNG service centre in pUNE, the technical Support staff told that this mobile is not capable of working as a modem.My requirement is therefore not fulfilled. When I went to purchase the phone the dealer at pIMPRI PUNE, had recommended this phone to having the feature of web-surfing by connecting to Net. On their advice, I bought this phone with sole requirement of surfing Net through PC. Now, I want that SAMSUNG should take this mobile back and should give me the set which has ability to work as a modem.

I expect from consumer court that they will help me in order to get my mobile replaced with having capability of working as a modem.

Its blutooth is very slow, sometimes its swithoff automatically and we have to remove battery and put it again for swith on.

i bought Samsung GT2652 DUOS with dual sim card so that I can use one card for routine calling and one for internet. But The Phone doesnot support connection to PC. I also tried SAMSUNG KIES but problem is not solved. This is worse case. Even my (3 year)old NOKIA mobile supports the feature. It very easy to use nokia pc suite to connect mobile to internet. I had never used samsung PHONE before. This is my first and worst experience with SAMSUNG. I will never use or suggest SAMSUNG phone/products to any one.
