    I m frustrated after taking the NOKIA HANDSET EXPRESS MUSIC 5130
    I am very much disappointed with the service of NOKIA. no one is taking my problem seriously regularly I sent a lot of email ids of senior officer & nodal officer of NOKIA DEPARTMENT but I did not understand why they have not personally contact us.

    If the Mobile is not put into use by you or your authorized representatives, I will be left with no other option but to seek the legal assistance of the appropriate forum to get my grievances redressed. I am not really happy with the way that your after care service centre is functioning, since they are simply interested in charging the customers rather than addressing the issue/problem rightfully.

    I hope you will understand my mental agony and the problem I have been facing all these days and set the issue amicably since it is the responsibility and duty of the producing firms to attend to the customers’ needs.

    I have already send my handset to the nearest NOKIA CARE (Mr. Baljeet ,
    Net Dot Solutins, Tilak Nagar ) for many times but due to the increase of ur customers so the mobile is not properly accessed initially when I purchased than the FM and loudspeaker was not working than I visited nokia care to repaired it but now it is totally dead Its not working and its in warranty and today I visited NOKIA CARE , Tilak Nagar to repaired it but they have given me a job sheet without repair because the are charging Rs. 750/- for repairing even it is in warranty and I regret to inform u that I have seen four cases in front of my eyes the nokia care is demanding the charges of nokia handset which is in warranty and the care has given a excuse of component fault



    I already sent my complaint to Mr. HEMANT GULATI but he denied from it.



    I am not satisfied.. The cell has purchased Just few months ago and already i have send it to the nokia care but again the problem consist and its not working (dead). I do not want a used handset. I am not interested in a used one. Kindly provide me a new handset ( Box Piece) or kindly repay of the money back.


    I am very sorry to say - The service Nokia is providing are worse than the Government Service.. It is not satisfied the consumer but you are forcing the consumer.

    I have not taken the replacement handset from the Nokia Care RT - Nagar, and I will not take until I Get a New one,

    If Nokia is not taking this seriously, I should go through the proper channels. I will be wating an acknowledgement from the Nokia Care on the letter.. (which has the same thing written) and we take it to the consumer Court. Also if I don’t get a reply within 2 days I will start sharing the same in the websites. Blogs.. Etc.. And beware ppl on the nokia and the service of the Nokia.

    Again I will not ready to take a used handset as a replacement. Kindly consider my complaint and take necessary action either u replace myhandset or repaired it properly.

    I believe on nokia blindly with their services and robustness. But just after one month, the handset started giving troubles. Its sound was not working properly and gradually it stopped working. Since then time the mobile set is hanged problems for that i have requested the shopkeeper to replace or repair it but unfortunately atlest 30 repeatidly visits to the shop, i always have been assured for the next time for the same. now i am fedup with that situation.
    I HAVE ALSO ENCLOSED THE JOBSHEET AND WARRANTY SHEET ATTACHED WITH THIS EMAIL KINDLY CHECKED IT AND HELP ME TO RESOLVE MY PROBLEM

    Angry issue regarding the repairing of mobile

    Respected Authority,
    I am the owner of model no C5-03 of which IMEI No. is 357925049070169. i was facing problem with that phone so that's why i visit to nokia gallery and so outlet add the mobile world ,shop no4 , new Krishna chs ltd , ambadi road , vasai (w) 401202 vasai . and they take my mob. from 4 jun 2012 me to send to the H.O for technical support and they told me that you will get your mob. in hand in 20-25 days and the period laps then also they not yet give me my cell, and giving me reason like unavailability of some instruments of the same and delaying so, so you are kindly requested to replace the model and please give me non-defective mobile.

    Default complaint against the nokia custumer care noida secter-2

    sir
    i have purchase nokia c2-03 set from spice hot spot with IMEI number is359736044594428 of GSM type on date07/02/2012.After one month my cell phone gets on-of and display gets started blinks.then i was gone to nokia care noida secter-2 and told the problems to nokia care engineer that person boosting my cell phone battery and my cell phone operated properly.

    but after four month this phone again started suddenly gets on-of. but when i was going to nokia care noida scter -2,the repairing engineer of nokia care open my set and he said to me that in your phone 4106 component is broken and our estimated repairing cost is Rs 165 and you submitted Rs 56 this is our service repairing charges and also provided a job sheet.

    then i was shocked and said to him that my cell phone is in warrarnty so why are you charging me regarding this fault then he replied that now your cell phone comes under auto warranrty so that we are not doing any things else and he called me on next day but when i reached there next day then they said to me your phone gets damaged and

    you have to pay Rs 1250.that person do not mention the purchase proof on their job sheet

    i am belongs to middle class family and i am arranged Rs 4470 for purchasing this nokia set
    now i am feeling very helpless so i am requesting you that how i can do related to my phone.

    Angry worst cusotmer service

    I am owner of Nokia X2-02 , I brought it form BigC. After two days it is not even recognizing any SIM card's and Memory card's. i went to Vendor and asked for the replacement. He asked me to meet the nokia care near to my area. One of the agent addressed my issue and i asked for the replacement, he said initially they will check by reinstalling the software. I spoke with Kuldeep, i hope he is branch manager who is very unethical and no professionalism. I explained my issue and he asked to submit the phone and let them check initially and if there is any problem really they will send to nokia head office for the replacement. This what was informed by him. On the same day i got the message to collect my mobile. My brother went to collect the phone and he was informed by kuldeep that phone was drenched in water. Actually it was not drenched in rain water or normal water. My brother informed the he was very rude and he said u will not get replaced and need to pay Rs. 1200 /- for the replacement. This is very frustrating the service provided by the nokia care in kukatpally.

    I, Deputy Inspector General G Devanand had purchased a NOKIA-300 mobile phone from CROMA outlet situated at South Extension, Part-II, New Delhi in Mar 2012. The Serial number of the phone is 3586 3004 5852 631 and the device is under warranty upto Feb 2013. 2. Since purchase, the device has been functioning erratically(Screen indicating SIM card not inserted ). The issue was taken up with CROMA outlet, South Extn.-II on detection of the defect. Though SIM card was reinserted by CROMA ,the problem again resurfaced after some time leading to extremely unreliable operation of the set. This unreliable operation of the set has led to not receiving very urgent communication of vital nature regularly. This time it was told by CROMA to take up the issue with NOKIA Customer care. Hence, I visited the NOKIA Care (Service & Communication), A-180, Sukhdev Nagar Market, Kotla Mubarakpur, New Delhi on 30 Aug 2012 and shown the device to one of the care executive present at Counter No. 4, vide Visitor’s Token No. *24.
    3. After inspection of the device, the executive stated that the fault of NO SIM indication lies with faulty inner panelinside the mobile set holding the SIM slot and therefore the inner panel is required to be replaced and a sum of Rs. 1430/- will be charged for the same. I was shocked to hear this response from NOKIA who boast of a very professionally sound product support team. I just could not understand how I should tamper the internal part of my mobile set. In fact I should be paid by NOKIA for the mental agony and opportunity cost of lost communication. This issue was again taken up with customer care centre of NOKIA. The customer care centre also repeated mechanically quoting the warranty policy that I should pay for repair. I decided not to take this approach lightly, as it is a direct assault on my honesty and infringement of customer rights.
    4. Sir, I request you to kindly direct NOKIA to repair my handset under warranty. The NOKIA customer care unit should be warned not to repeat their totally unprofessional approach in dealing with genuine customer grievances.     Question BLocking of the phone

    My phone (Model No Nokia 5130 c-2 xpress Music) has been lost on 14th Oct-2012 at around 12:30 p.m. in the afternoon. It was containing an idea sim card. I would like to know the procedure for blocking my phone as soon as possible.
    Waiting for an early reply.

    Default Haiving problems with handset nokia 700 and not at all satisfied with Nokia Care

    Sir i have purchased my phone in January 2012 for Rs.16,500/-...From that date the handset is giving me problems.Now its the fourth time i have submitted my phone to Nokia care but they refused to take it in warranty because they are saying my phone is liquid logged due to sweating and saying that the liquid entered in my phone 4-5 days back but my phone is damaged since last 20 days.

    I have already claimed Nokia for the replacement of my phone or my money back but after going through all the procedures i m dissatisfied as they are not doing anything for me and saying that this is now not under warranty.

    But still i will say if the liquid get entered, my phone has been facing problems since last 10 months from the date of purchase.
    First two times my phone software got corrupted.
    Thirdly the earphone port got damaged and now the USB Port got damaged.


    I purchased this handset on a high cost and if the Nokia care guys will do like this then where will be the customer go.

    I want the replacement of my handset or want my money back.

    To Consumer Court,

    Again i am replying to you after getting the worst feedback from Nokia Care.
    I have already submitted many complaints Nokia care but they are just telling me to wait for 1-2 days and now it has been 1 week and i got the worst feedback from Nokia.


    I kept calling Nokia to know about my case but they just ask me to wait.
    Now after waiting for 1 week i got the call from the Mangaer of Nokia Care( Miss Sunita,Micronas Telecom,Sector-2, Noida ) and she is saying that my phone will not be treated under warranty and
    i will be charged Rs.3500/- to get my phone repaired for just having a very small problem i.e my USB jack was not working.


    Then i called up Nokia Care and tell that executive that i want to talk to your manager.
    But they was not ready to transfer the call to the manager and keep on saying that he is not available in the office.


    After that i told him to transfer the call to any of the seniors but still the same thing happens and the same reply that no senior is available rite now.
    I cant understand that how can it be possible that no manager and no Senior is available in the shift timings and in such a big office.


    The executive i was talking to is Jitendra and i had called up the Nokia Care Line through 30303838.


    Sir my concern is that why should i pay them while my phone is in under warranty.
    Secondly, They are asking for a big amount for just repairing a small thing.They are making fool of customers.


    I have earlier posted to consumer court thread and i got a response from your side which is included in this mail as i am replying to the same mail.


    Please Admin its my request to you to please tell Nokia guys to replace my phone or give my money back.


    Its been so many days that i am facing problems.


    Nokia is providing very inferior quality and at last they set the blame on customers that they had tampered the sets.

    Please sir look into this matter seriously.
