I am having an airtel digital tv connenction with the customer id 3005761830. Yesterday morning when i switched on the television, it said that my services were discontinued as my balance had run into minus. So i immediately went online at about 9:55 am and did an online recharge of rupees 500 via official airtel digital tv site.On the site balance was updated but i neither got an sms on my registered mobile number nor my services resumed. So I called the customer care at 10:7 am (6th aug) telling that my services are not resuming. The customer care executive asked me to do a heavy refresh by sending message "HR" to 54325 from my registered mobile number. I did send the message but nothing happened.So I called again at 10:30, executive tried to refresh from there side but it failed. They told me to wait for few minutes and call again. I called again on 10:54 again it failed from their side, they asked me to send heavy refresh message once again, I did but nothing happened.I called again at 1:45 pm and the executive registered a complaint for physical inspection with compaint number 10732039.At 2:53 PM i got the following three messages:1. "As per your request, package has been changed to Value Sports Pack for Customer Id 3005761830. Applicable daily deduction will be 5.73 for this package.2. Marathi Plus Free Topup Topup has been activated on cust id 3005761830.3. As per your request HD topup March -11(Upfront NRC rs 44.12), Punjabi Plus Topup , Zee Clasic + Aaj Tak free topup has been deactivated on customer id 3005761830.Now I got the telecast but 90% of my channels were not coming. Star World Axn, my hd channels "discovery hd world",national geographic hd", "movies now hd" and many many channels were not coming.So I called customer care again at 3:46 pm and told about pacakge problem, he told that previous executive whom i spoke to at 1:45 did it by mistake and register a complaint with complaint number 10735906 to rectify to my original package to "Ultra package, plus free punjabi plus pack, hd topup containing movies now hd, national geographic hd and discovery hd world" also had switched on disocery science and discovery turbo.I am still without my channels, this issue should have been resolved on priority, thinking of switching to tata sky hd, i have simple tata sky service also, itsreally nice. airtel has disappointed me.
