    Angry Complaint against Honda 2 wheelers



    Hi,
    This is Ravi Kumar,

    Honda Unicorn Vehicle No: AP09 CD 5443, purchased on Apr 1st 2011.

    Having starting problem(Jerking) with Unicorn Vehicle since Date Of Purchase.

    I have visited pratul Honda Service center, Somajiguda(Contact Persons KiranKumar, Sravan, Vijay and concerned managers also) many times, but no resolution from them.

    I have given for 2 free servicing's until now with same problem, but no resolution. And after that i have visited 4 times with same problem after servicing, but same scenario.

    They are telling problem with Carborator, i.e petrol flow. But they didn't resolved it till now.
    Last time i have my bike on 18th Jul 2011, and they have tested my bike for 4 days and given to me on 21st Jul and said problem with some part and they have replaced it. But still having same problem.

    For every 10 Days, i used to visit Honds service center because of this problem. I think there may a Manufacture Defect for this Bike.

    I have Warranty for One year and 5 years warranty on Engine.

    So i want to raise a complaint on Honda to replace my Bike with new one or refund my money. I have wasted my valuable time on this.


    Could you please let me know how to proceed further to take action against on Honda?

    Default Unavailable spare parts

    my car CRV 2007 was hold for more than one month in Saudi Arabia Honda company as there is no spare parts and every time they told me it will come from Japan next week but no responce.

    Unhappy complain about honda dealer

    sir/mam
    I miss suja pillai have booked an activa on december 2011 at pratik honda, vashi. waiting period given by them was 180 days. aftr 7 months i visited the showroom they told me to wait for 15 days. now its been 9 months still i didnt get activa and they still tell me to wait for 5days, 10days. i have visited the showroom many times, i kept on calling them on the date which they tell me.. but everytime they are fooling me by giving some other date.. few days back they gave me 25th september 2012 as the date and today when i called them they again told me to wait for 5 more days. now onroad price for activa has increased and i have wasted my money in calling them and in travelling..
    Pls do the needfull soon..

    Default Complaint over Honda Dealer

    Dealer Name: LAKSHMI HONDA (Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India)

    AR.A.S.P.V.P.V. CARS PRIVATE LIMITED



    From the date of full payment, i am in trouble from this dealer

    1) The new vehicle, the dealer showed me was with lot of shit in tyre and mud gaurd and very bad smell from the vehicle.

    2) The whole vehicle was full of dirt and dust and with stains in the side cowl.

    3) The rear seat was almost disloctated and the there was nearly 2 inch gap between rider seat and rear seat.

    4) Till the registration date they did not give the demo of the vehicle, Also they gave me wrong demo for the vehicle.

    5) When I gave the vehicle for first service I said 2 major complaints of, sound from rear brake and left side fork is tight, But no action was taken, even there was no water wash done.

    6) They gave me the the delivery date the same day 5 pm and delivered next day, when i contacted them about the bike.

    7) I took my vehicle so dirty from there and found smoke from the Engine, When I informed the dealer. They said "It will rectify itself".

    8) Now i found lot of smoke still after 2 days from the Engine, When Informed them, they replied "the service person is not available".



    Please Let me know a proper service person, Because these people in Lakshmi Honda( Madura, Tamil Nadu) are very very irresponsible for the customer.

    They even dont have the knowledge and aware of the vehicle they sell. Almost I was very much frustrated with the HONDA.


    I kindly request you to Rectify my Vehicle problem as soon as possible. As I have wasted more than10 days for this bike and the Dealer-Lakshmi Honda

    Default complaint against Shuban Sai Honda Work Shop and Show room at Najafgarh

    I am Pravesh Kumar submitted at complaint against Shuban Sai Honda, Najafgarh for misbhave by the all members and non complition of work in time of my avitor in workshop of najafgarh i given my aviator to work on about 16/03/2013 for full work of engine. Manager of workshop give me commitment to giving my scottee on 19/03/2013 but due to some mispart she is unable to giving my scotte in time and then say to that your scotte is now ready on 23/03/2013 but on 23/03/2013 she again fail to complete the work of scotte and giving one more day to finish out that work but on 24/03/2013 again the same position and i say to her that give me mobile no owner of shuban sai honda but she can't give me no and then i call to showroom of shuban Sai Honda for talk with owner but Manager of Showroom of Najafgarh Sh. Gautam is telling most of lie with and say that owner is out of delhi but in the same evening i came to showroom for surprise then i say that owner is citing in office ..... i telling him all situation but be says to me that your scotte was ready and u got it on next morning. ............. on next morning i go the workshop of collecting my scotte but again my scootee is not in running postion and open completely for work then i make a video and say to all but no help me........ so pse take necessary action all staff and give sufficent reply to me otherwise i submit a complaint to court

    Default Complain on Defective Customer Service of Honda

    Hi,

    I am writing this email to show my dissatisfaction with the customer service i received. My name is Thummaluru Rakesh Kumar and i purchased Honda Dio from Ram Automobiles (Tadbund Cross Roads, Bowenpally, Secunderabad).

    I have made a cash payment and purchased Honda Dio on 15th April, 2013. On April 16th, 2013 i started to having issues with the vehicle. The vehicle had engine issues due to which i had problem starting the vehicle. I immediately informed the delaer of this issue informing the same. My complain was pending for two days after which the executives came to my place to inspect the vehicle. I was under the impression and assumed that the issue was resolved then. Again after two days i had a different issue with the vehicle which was again informed to the dealer by me.

    They informed me to get the vehicle to the showroom to inspect the problem. I gave my vehicle to the showroom on April 24th, 2013 informing them of all the issues i was facing. They promised that they would check the vehicle and resolve the issues (Engine Issues). However, on April 24th, 2013 i took the delivery of the vehicle in late hours thinking and assuming that the issues were rectified.

    The next day, on April 25th, 2013 i again started having various other issues with the vehicle. I immediately called the dealer to inform the same, however no action as taken from then. Today is April 28th and i still have hell lot of issues with the vehicle.

    Overall i had a very bad experience with the vehicle and lack of customer service has proved that my decision to purchase a Honda Vehicle was totally wrong. The manager at the showroom showed disrespect and ignored the problems i was having with the vehicle. I was insulted as he asked me to get out from the Showroom and get the vehicle inspected at a local mechanic. Honda being such a reputed company, i was expecting a decent customer service.

    Let me put down the issues i still have with the vehicle :

    1. The right indicator automatically gets switched on when the vehicle is started. I am assuming that this might be a internal wiring issue. I got a excellent explanation on this issue from the Showroom. They informed me that the children are playing with the indicators and thus there is an issue. This is the worst explanation i have received which clearly shows the worst customer service Honda has.

    2. The joing of Brake and mirror is loose and it shakes while driving. The showroom gave me another stupid explanation to this issue that this is a common thing on all the vehicles at Honda. Is it the case? If yes, what kind of quality team is employed at Honda who doesnt checks and inspects the vehicle while manufacturing.

    3. The vehicle vibrates while driving and there is some kind of noise which is always heard while i drive the vehicle. Thanks to me i have not yet informed this issue at the Showroom OR i would have got another weird explanation from the showroom.

    4. I was informed that i would be given seat cover at the time of purchase. But when i went to get it, i was told that there is no seat cover available and they offered me RS 100/- to get one. Also, the behaviour of the manager was not acceptable as he quarreled with me.

    Overall i am writing this email to inform the management that being a customer of Honda (A reputed company world wide), i am totally dissatisfied with the responses i received from the dealer. I am planning to go for legal proceeding against the company as the vehicle which was sold to me is a defective product of Honda. At the same time i would also file a court case against the manager (Ritesh -- 8886423131) who behaviour towards the customers was totally unacceptable.

    Please find details of my vehicle below for your reference. I am expecting a call or an action to be taken from you guys on this issue. If i receive no response from you until May 6th, 2013, i would be forced to take a legal action against the company and the dealer. After May 6th, i would publish an article in the newspaper and also provide my experience to the media on bad customer service Honda is providing.
