2. why do you charge for packages that i have not added
3. Can you refund all the amount deducted for packages added on my account till date without my consent
4. Will you stop adding these packages & stop charging me for these packages

i am really very unhappy about the way you have been adding packages on my account & seriously am thinking about porting my number to some other phone company due to the constant harassment by you people at reliance

i just want answers to my above questions & would advise you to stop cheating the customers & making their lives miserable
