Dear Sir,
I had purchased a Reliance Netconnect broadband Data Card on 09-11-2010 online through vriti infocom ltd. (through the site of connectindia.in at the link [offers.connectindia.in]Netconnect Broadband+Postpaid tariff Plans[/url] of this site) after saw their fraud advertisement of “2N/3D Free GOA holiday voucher with Data card purchasing*”.
My MDN no. is 7428240099. But after purchase it was shocking to see that the delivered device was netconnect 1X data card and it was mismatched with what i ordered to vriti executive Mr. Ranvijay Singh Chandel (Sr. sales executive, Vriti infocom). Also they did not given any Holiday voucher to me. I tried to contact Ranvijay but he did not picked up my phone & other people of Vriti infocom denied my request and said this is not possible to replace wrongly delivered device whereas it was not my fault. It was fault of vriti who delivered me wrong device. I am tried contacting the website regarding the same. I did so but there is no response from the website.

I sent so many mails to datacard.support@relianceada.com & reliance.care@vriti.com, ranvijay.s@vriti-interactive.com, holiday.voucher@vriti-interactive.com etc. regarding the issue but nobody responds to me. The Vriti Infocom is functioning like autonomous body and seems to have no control from any other authority.

I want you to take necessary action to replace this wrongly delivered 1 X data card with Reliance Netconnect broad band so that I resume services of reliance net connect again. I have disconnected my previous connection only because of pathetic slow speed.


I want to add in my complaint that the Reliance 1x data card was wrongly sold to me whereas I want to buy Broadband data card.
I have all mail conversation with Vriti sales executive before purchasing that device.
I can also send (if u want) all the mails to you for your kind information & reference to take necessary action against Fraud Vriti infocom/Reliance Communication ltd.

You can see clearly I want to buy Reliance Broadband Data Card (with speed 3.1 MBps) but ranvijay wrongly sold me Reliance 1X data card (with pathetic very slow speed of 3-5 Kbps). It was cheating with me.
also in these mails he was not mentioned about any valid/invalid dates of Holiday voucher and also he said Holiday voucher will be free of cost for me but after activating data card they demanded Rs. 800 for hotel voucher.
It is clearly violation of Consumer Protection Act 1986, Vriti cheated me by reflecting wrong information & sold me wrong device.

I want Reliance communication to refund for 1X device or replace it by Reliance Broadband data card. I terminated my connection only because of very slow speed of 1x data card & this 1x card was sold to me by mistake of Vriti.
I want Vriti or Reliance to replace this 1x card by Broadband card.
