Hi I am AYYAPPAN k here. My number is 9884140880. I am using Vodafone past 5-6 Year. The way they provide the service is worst like hell. Right now i am in Post Paid service, the bill which was generated on 1st of August has came to total of 706.76 in that they charged me blackberry plan of 399 (it was not authorized by me). I raised a compliant regarding this issue.. Compliant No.1306043482. Can you kindly rise a issue for this. And Make them pay for what they have did to me.

This is not the first compliant i am facing while using Vodafone. Before this i faced Network Problem which was not solved till now..

Kindly take this issue seriously and take necessary steps..
