I have Airtel DTH connection with customer id 3006335564. I have created a service request to realign the dish on 27/07/2011 so that newly added channel (as told by customer care) will be available. I was told that the resolution will be done in 5 days. I waited for 5 days and no one come to realign the dish. After that when I called again on 01/08/2011 they promised me that someone will surely come by evening 02/08/2011, Again no one come up. Followed up again on 3/08/2011 to get the problem rectified and got the promise that it will be done by the end of the day. Till now no one has come to rectify the problem and it is 7:30 PM. I don't understand what is their working hours.

Most important thing is that whenever I called to customer care I need to wait for at least for 5-6 minutes to someone pick the phone, Today when I called to escalate this issue I was put on hold for at least 10 minutes. The escalation manager also put me on hold for 6 times every time for 2-3 minutes by saying he is trying to contact the regional service engineer.

This call was for the duration of 30 minutes, and got disconnected after 30 minutes. I got call back from 917314243055 number, and he promised that this will get done in 1 day, When I asked that If not get done withing the promised time what compensation they will provide, they were not able to promised any compensation. It clearly indicates that they are making false promises.

Please get this problem rectified as soon as possible.
