this complaint is regarding a billing issue against 'Tikona Digital Networks' ..
i am using tikona's internet service for last 1 year .. my customer id is: 1102014023 ...
the issue is: i have never used any wireless router .. but, i have been charged for this feature for
last 6 months .. i have logged a complaint(infact more than one) in tikona customer care
(complain no.: 1-1862075940 and 1-1888314104 ...the first complain got closed before
solving the issue itself)..but no action has been taken and repeatedly they are asking for
the extra money for the wireless router, which actually I have never used .. i replied
them that, as i have never been used this service, so it is obviouly not possible for me to pay
the extra amount ..

but, still i am getting forced to pay that amount and even they are not ready to cut the connection also ..

please let me know, about the steps I need to take against tikona..
